Fourth Village Providore is the heart and soul of Peter and Annette Quattroville’s long-held dream, and it’s quickly become one of Sydney’s go-to spots for food lovers.
With over 30 years of food retail experience, Peter, Annette, and their three sons John, Sal, and Dominic have created something truly special.
At Fourth Village, it’s all about offering high-quality, hand-grown produce and handmade products.
The story began in 1997, when the family bought 100 acres of prime farmland in Pokolbin, nestled in the lower Hunter Valley. Today, those 3,500 olive trees Spanish Manzanillo, Greek Kalamata, and Italian Frantoio—produce some of the region’s finest table olives and handcrafted olive oils.
Peter is passionate about producing unfiltered, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, and it shows. Pressed each year in early to mid-Autumn, this cloudy, grassy-flavored oil rivals the best from Tuscany.
The Fourth Village label started with olive oil and now includes jams, condiments, infused oils, balsamic dressings, and traditional pickled vegetables, all made with seasonal ingredients from the farm. Annette oversees production in the kitchen, using family recipes passed down through generations, along with some modern twists.
Every product that carries the Fourth Village Providore label reflects the family’s passion for quality. Our goal is to ensure that every item you take home is something you can trust and enjoy with confidence.

We pride ourselves on freshness. Our walk-in cool room ensures that our berries are juicy, our apples are crisp, and our herbs smell amazing— just the way they should.

Deli
Our deli is packed with the good stuff. From Australian-made charcuterie to imported delicacies like Prosciutto di Parma and Jamón Serrano, we’ve got something for every taste.
Not to mention our homemade antipasto and olives, many sourced directly from our Hunter Valley farm. And if you don’t feel like cooking, we’ve got a fantastic range of ready-to-eat meals for you to enjoy.
