Our Baked Tasmanian Salmon is a flavourful, crowd-pleasing dish, featuring a delicious quinoa, green pea, and feta crust. Made from a whole side of fresh, trimmed Tasmanian salmon, this beautifully baked dish is complemented by a honey yogurt condiment with pink peppercorns on the side.
Perfectly portioned to serve 7-10 people with sides, this dish is best served cold but can be reheated to suit your preference.
Serving & Heating Instructions: Best served cold, but can be reheated. To reheat, preheat oven to 180°C. Place the salmon in a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
